What are the differences in the training and the competencies relenant to BSc in Radiography and Diploma in Radiography?

Hi, suppose u are a SriLankan. Now a days lot of struggles to start a Bsc degree in Radiography for dip. holders in sri lanka. Hopefull to commence a degree course of 4 years.(2 yreas exceptions for Dip holders.) in Open University of Sri Lanka. SLSRT has done several discussions. hopefully in 2009 we can follow this.
